yankecandles accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary by location, device, and payment-provider support.

Currency and charges

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed. Checkout shows product totals, discounts, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final amount before payment. Your payment provider may charge fees we do not control.

Authorization and security

By ordering, you confirm that your billing information is accurate and that you are authorized to use your payment method. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.

Payment questions and refunds

If a payment fails or you believe you were charged twice, contact support@yankecandles.it.com with your order number. Do not send complete card details. Approved refunds go to the original payment method as described in our Refund Policy.
